Shipping Policy

iCatchi Pty Ltd – Shipping Policy and Costs

Items will be processed for shipping within 1-3 days of payment clearance.

Shipping (within Australia and Internationally), postage and handling is included in the price of all products, iCatchi Pty Ltd reserves the right to change its shipping policy at its absolute discretion.

Orders will be shipped via Australia Post (standard delivery) unless otherwise specified. Delivery times are subject to Australia Post’s timeframes, iCatchi Pty Ltd bears no responsibility or liability for delays or non deliveries that are the direct responsibility of Australia Post.

International & Australian Orders will be shipped via Air Mail. International delivery timeframes will vary depending on your country location. (Please refer to Australia Post’s Terms & Conditions along with the guidelines associated with delivery timeframes at www.austpost.com.au. )(Generally it takes between 5-10 working days)

All orders will be provided with a tracking number within 1 week of receiving a notification via email as a result of a non-delivery. (Order Number and Billing Last Name must be provided)

For bulk orders or wholesale customers iCatchi Pty Ltd will discuss and agree shipping policies, costs and terms when applicable.
